The DK20S60NXD is a high-performance, fully integrated three-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit. It is primarily used in low-power frequency conversion applications such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines. The module integrates a 3-phase full-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuit along with six low-loss IGBTs.
